This individual demonstrates competency in delivery of care to a primarily adult population. The Staff RN-Inpatient job description incorporates essential functions adapted from the ANA Nursing: Scope and Standards of Practice. Required skills include clinical competence, patient care management, nursing theory, and nursing practice. The preferred education is a Bachelor’s degree in nursing, although an Associate's degree in nursing is required.
