Overview Medical Science Liaison (MSL) – Immunology – Admilparant, based in the field across Alaska, Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Utah, California, and Nevada. The MSL supports BMS’s medical mission by fostering scientific relationships, providing medical expertise, and supporting clinical research and market access initiatives within a designated geography. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain relationships with academic and community research thought leaders, HCPs, and access stakeholders. Engage in 1:1, group presentations, and remote interactions to address scientific, unsolicited product, and HEOR questions. Present scientific information accurately and respond to inquiries while ensuring compliance with local regulations and BMS medical standards. Monitor the medical landscape by meeting with TL/HCPs, identifying unmet needs, and staying current on treatment strategies, clinical trials, and health economics. Partner with HCPs on disease‑state initiatives, collaborative research projects, and investigator‑sponsored research aligned with BMS objectives. Attend medical congresses and local/regional meetings; collect and communicate meaningful medical insights to medical and commercial teams. Contribute to the development of geography‑specific field medical and TL interaction plans and to cross‑functional institution/account plans. Provide scientific support at promotional meetings and for BMS‑contracted speakers, and participate in assigned congress activities. Support interventional and non‑interventional research studies, including site assessment, recruitment facilitation, and ISR execution. Provide recommendations on study feasibility to clinical development teams; support BMS pharmacovigilance processes with investigators. Qualifications MD, PharmD, PhD, APP, PA, NP with experience in a specific disease area or a broad medical background. In-depth knowledge of disease area scientific publications, clinical trial design, landscape, and patient treatment trends. Familiarity with national health‑care and access environment, and HEOR core concepts. Excellent English language skills, both spoken and written. Strong ethical and compliance record, including safe and responsible driving. Experience Desired Minimum 2 years in a clinical and/or pharmaceutical environment. Prior MSL experience. Independent work ability and team‑player mindset. Effective communication and presentation skills to translate scientific data for healthcare professionals. Rapid learning of new subject areas and environments. Demonstration of BMS values. Essential Qualification Must possess a company‑provided vehicle and be able to drive between locations within the territory. High level of ethics, integrity, and safe driving history required. Travel Requirement Field‑based; must reside inside the territory or within 50 miles of territory borders. Majority of time spent in the field with external customers. Compensation Overview United States: $166,090 – $201,262 (field). Additional incentive cash and stock opportunities may be available based on eligibility.
