What Youll Do

• Serve as the enterprise lead for cybersecurity operations and risk management.
• Partner with IT teams to strengthen endpoint security, vulnerability management, and incident response.
• Provide technical cybersecurity leadership across cloud, SaaS, and Microsoft platforms.
• Lead incident response coordination, tabletop exercises, and remediation planning.
• Develop and maintain enterprise cybersecurity policies, standards, and a strategic roadmap.
• Conduct risk assessments and prioritize remediation activities across the organization.
• Support cybersecurity governance, including vendor risk management and data protection.
• Manage relationships with cybersecurity vendors, MSSPs, and external security partners.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Security, Azure security, and general infrastructure/network security.
• Demonstrated experience developing cybersecurity policies, standards, and procedures.
• Proven ability to manage third-party cybersecurity vendors and managed service providers.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of translating technical risks into business context.
• Experience in distributed, multi-site, or field-service environments is a plus.
• Relevant cybersecurity certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, Security+, Azure Security Engineer).
