Maintenance Technician

Newbury Residential Inc. seeks a Maintenance Technician to support our urban residential and mixed-use properties across Greater Boston. In this hands-on role, you’ll perform routine and preventive maintenance, troubleshoot building systems, and complete repairs in apartments, common areas, and building exteriors. Responsibilities include basic HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and lighting work; responding to work orders; unit turnovers; and exterior upkeep. You’ll collaborate closely with property and asset management teams to deliver high-quality, safe, and well-maintained communities for our residents.
