Registered Nurse- Per Diem

Family Service Association is seeking a passionate Registered Nurse to join our incredible team at our Adult Day Health program. We have 1 Per Diem position available at our Bridgeview ADH. The hourly rate is $32. The program is scheduled to be open Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. Our staff in the Adult Day Health program are dedicated to supporting our participants in building friendships, exploring new interests, and strengthening their ability to remain independent in the community. Our staff work together to ensure the safety and well-being of our participants by providing hands‑on skilled care in a structured, medical setting. The Registered Nurse at our Adult Day Health program oversees the direct care provided by staff. The Registered Nurse works in partnership with an interdisciplinary team to develop individualized care plans that promote social-emotional and physical health for our participants. A few things that set us apart: Opportunity to be actively involved in patient care. Monday-Friday day shift – no weekends or evenings. Education and Experience: Must be licensed by the Board of Registration to practice in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and in good standing. Must have at least two (2) years recent experience in the direct care of the elderly or chronically disabled persons.
