Territory Sales Manager

Our client is a leading manufacturer of premium concrete products for professional landscape and construction industries across North America. We are seeking a driven, results-oriented Commercial Sales Territory Manager to grow commercial sales and secure product specifications throughout the New England market. The successful candidate must reside within the Boston Metro Area and be comfortable traveling throughout the assigned territory. Build relationships with architects, landscape architects, engineers, developers, contractors, and other design professionals. Identify new business opportunities and influence projects during the design and specification process. Conduct product presentations and provide technical and specification support. Track projects from initial design through sale and installation using Dynamics 365 CRM. Collaborate with Territory Managers and internal teams to convert specifications into sales. Represent our client at trade shows, industry events, and professional associations. Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales goals. What You Bring 3–5 years of successful sales experience, preferably in commercial construction, landscape design, architecture, engineering, or building products. Strong understanding of the commercial construction and specification process. Proven ability to build relationships, generate opportunities, negotiate, and close business. Competitive, results-driven, coachable, and self-motivated with a strong sense of urgency. Excellent presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills. Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities. Proficiency with Microsoft Office; CRM experience preferred. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. for product samples and mock-ups. Must reside in the Boston Metro Area.
