Certified Nursing Assistant

Responsibilities:

Provide personal care to residents, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
Assist with daily living activities, such as toileting, feeding, and ambulation
Monitor residents' vital signs and report any changes to nursing staff
Assist with mobility and transfer of residents, ensuring their safety and well-being
Maintain a clean and safe environment, adhering to infection control policies and procedures
Collaborate with nursing staff to develop and implement individualized care plans
Document resident care and progress, accurately and thoroughly
