Certified Nursing Assistant
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team at Alhambra Health and Rehabilitation Center in St. Petersburg, Florida. Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care to residents, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Assist with daily living activities, such as toileting, feeding, and ambulation
- Monitor residents' vital signs and report any changes to nursing staff
- Assist with mobility and transfer of residents, ensuring their safety and well-being
- Maintain a clean and safe environment, adhering to infection control policies and procedures
- Collaborate with nursing staff to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Document resident care and progress, accurately and thoroughly
