• 7 am - 7 am shift coverage across multiple week-long blocks
• 1 - 10 patient encounters per shift
• Hospital setting -- privileges required
• Rounding: both inpatient and outpatient
• Phone consults required -- volume varies
• We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
