Forward Trust in Margate is seeking an Employment Specialist to join the Connect to Work team on a full-time, on-site basis. You will help people overcome barriers to employment, build confidence and progress toward independence. The role involves CV writing, interview prep, coaching, and building relationships with local employers, health services and training providers.
