Job Summary: Evaluating and assessing needs of patients and formulating treatment plans Provides respiratory therapy services defined in treatment plans Works cooperatively with physicians, case managers, and other healthcare staff Relies on experience and judgement to plan and accomplish goals Performs a variety of tasks A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required Typically reports to a manager Qualifications: Requires an associate's degree Must be registered or certified Must hold current Texas RCP License Must have BLS, ACLS, and PALS NRP preferred, but not required at time of hire Neo and Pedi experience a plus Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field Benefits: Competitive salary and benefits package.
