Shelter Stabilization Specialist

Community Bridges, Inc. seeks a Client Stabilization Specialist to assist individuals and families experiencing homelessness in shelter or temporary lodging. You will stabilize residents, conduct HMIS intakes, teach rules and resources, and provide orientation while ensuring safe perimeters and clear communication with leadership.
