Customer Service Representative

What You'll Do
  • Provide excellent customer service over the phone
  • Handle a high volume of incoming and outgoing calls
  • Assist customers with questions, account information, and issue resolution
  • Follow up with customers regarding accounts and past-due balances
  • Process loan applications and perform data entry
  • Maintain accurate customer records and documentation
  • Build strong customer relationships through professional communication
What We're Looking For
  • Customer service experience preferred (1+ year)
  • Strong phone communication skills and confidence speaking with customers
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving and active listening skills
  • Basic computer and data entry skills
  • Bilingual (English required, Spanish preferred)
Schedule
  • 8-hour day shifts
  • Part Time
  • MondaySaturday (one weekday off)
  • Saturday availability required
