URGENTLY HIRING for CNC Operators with HAAS experience

Shifts: 1st & 2nd

Location: Rutherfrod, NJ

Pay: $26.13

OPEN TO STUDENTS OUT OF TECHNICAL SCHOOLS OR COLLEGES WITH TRAINING ON HAAS EQUIPMENT

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate CNC mills, lathes, or other machining equipment
• Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to determine machining requirements
• Select tooling, fixtures, and materials based on job specifications
• Monitor machine performance and make necessary adjustments to maintain quality and efficiency
• Perform in-process and final inspections using calipers, micrometers, and other precision measuring tools
• Maintain production documentation, setup sheets, and inspection records
• Conduct routine machine maintenance and minor troubleshooting
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work environment
• Collaborate with engineering, quality, and production teams to improve processes and output

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent; technical training preferred
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings
• Familiarity with precision measuring instruments and quality inspection processes
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Rutherford, NJ.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $26.13 - $26.13/hr.
