Credit AnalystAnnual Salary Range $55k - $68k , Base salary plus bonus.LendSure Mortgage Corp is looking for a Credit Analyst to work out of our Warwick RI Office. This job is 100% on site. Completing within internal processes and policies, as well as reviewing and verifying supporting documentation as submitted by Mortgage Brokers.Duties include:Review and analyze documentation provided on each loan for pre-qualification, ensuring meets LendSure guidance.Prep and submit files for initial disclosuresReview documentation, prep, and submit files for initial Underwriting approval.Ability to review and complete complex tax return analysis.Ability to perform duties under minimal supervision and actively engage with the supervisor to resolve complicated issuesAbility to review and clear high-level conditions within the authority.Ability to communicate effectively in both verbal and written formMust be a detail-oriented team player able to work constructively with fellow employees.partnering with underwriting team, doc and funding department, Quality Control and Senior ManagementStrong time management skills to plan and organize a high daily loan volumeUnderstanding of Account Manager role and provide support as needed. Qualifications:2 years underwriting experience, Non-QM preferred.3 years processing experience preferred. Rendering credit decisions on incoming applicants that are consistent with internal policies, underwriting mortgage commitments, and verifying supporting documentation as submitted by a mortgage broker. Strong knowledge of underwriting terminology. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to talk with brokers and Loan Officers. In-depth knowledge of the real estate industry and current trends.Understanding how to read guidelines.Working knowledge of Encompass Loan Origination System preferredThis employer participates in E-Verify and will provide the federal government with your Form I-9 information to confirm that you are authorized to work in the U.S.
