Human Resources Generalist

Support leadership and employees across key HR functions while ensuring compliance with departmental policy and federal and state regulations. Responsibilities Assist leadership and staff employees across HR functional areas, including departmental development, HRIS , employee relations, employee commitment, recruitment, and organizational development. Support compensation and benefits administration. Provide HR support consistently in accordance with departmental policies and procedures. Ensure HR activities align with applicable federal and state regulations . Requirements Associate degree and 2 years’ experience. Alternative: High school diploma and 4 years’ experience. Technologies HRIS Preferred SPHR or PHR certification Work Details Location: Lapeer, MI (onsite) Schedule: Full-time Daily work times: Varies Hours per pay period: 80 On call: No Weekends: No #J-18808-Ljbffr
