Opportunity for growth Provides professional, attentive dining service to residents and guests while helping coordinate daily dining room operations. This hands-on position serves as a lead resource for Dining Ambassadors, assists with training and workflow, and helps ensure efficient service, accurate dining records, and a clean, safe, welcoming environment. When assigned, the Lead Server may provide shift coverage during a Dining Services Supervisor's absence. This responsibility does not include formal disciplinary, payroll, time-off, or employment-decision authority unless specifically authorized by management. QUALIFICATIONS High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience preferred. Strong customer service, communication, organizational, teamwork, and problem-solving skills. Ability to provide clear direction and remain professional when handling resident concerns or service disruptions. Basic food-handling knowledge and ability to use point-of-sale and scheduling systems. Ability to work independently while following management direction and established procedures Preferred but not required: Minimum of two years of related work experience preferred. Previous server, shift-lead, trainer, or supervisory-support experience preferred. Senior living, healthcare, assisted living, independent living, or similar hospitality experience preferred.
