- Evaluate and ensure the patient's plan of care.
- Oversees Physical Therapy Assistants providing guidance, discussing progress, and monitoring clinical interventions/skills.
- Provides skilled services and interventions using various techniques needed to achieve patients' goals.
- Follows all regulations and guidelines of the facility including compliance with confidentiality and HIPPA.
- Adheres to discussed scheduled hours.
- Provides skilled documentation of patient's condition, and provides caregiver/patient education, progress, and need for services.
- Ensures safe treatment practices and monitors patients' engagement and responses to treatment and modify as necessary.
- Valid Physical Therapy license
- Graduated from an accredited Physical Therapy program
