Assessment & Organizational Development Analyst
Strategic Talent Development Services — Contingent Upon Contract Award
Employment Type: Contract / As Needed
Location: Richmond, Virginia / Hybrid possible
Status: This position is contingent upon contract award.
Position Overview
We are seeking an analytical and detail-oriented professional to support leadership, team, organizational, and effectiveness assessment engagements and related organizational development initiatives.
Required Qualifications
For consideration under the Analyst labor category:

Minimum of 5 years of experience collecting and analyzing data.
Ability to analyze information and develop meaningful insights.
Certification, degree, formal training, or demonstrated proficiency in one or more applicable organizational development disciplines is preferred, including:

Assessment Experience
Experience with one or more of the following is preferred:

360-degree leadership assessments

Enterprise engagement assessments
Organizational culture assessments
Individual effectiveness assessments
Team effectiveness assessments
Custom assessment development
Staff interviews
Observational meetings
Surveys
Assessment reporting and analysis

Responsibilities

Support leadership, team, enterprise, and individual effectiveness assessments.
Collect and analyze assessment data.
Support interviews, observational meetings, and surveys.
Assist in developing customized assessments based on client needs.
Analyze assessment results and identify meaningful findings.
Prepare reports and analyses for HR and organizational stakeholders.
Support organizational development engagements.
Maintain accurate project documentation.
Assist consultants, coaches, and facilitators with project-related analysis and materials.
