Early Access: Your benefits start on the first day of employment.Job Responsibilities:Support and comply with all Air Liquide safety, health, and environmental procedures and policiesProvide technical assistance to field personnel in the areas of medium/high voltage motors and distribution equipmentManage preventive maintenance (PM) of electrical equipment during turnaroundsDirect and oversee vendor shop repairs on high voltage equipment and motors to insure highest quality work and adherence to Air Liquide standardsEnsure proper documentation of work within CMMS (Maximo)Develop detailed scopes for electrical projects and maintenance activityCoordinate technicians, both AL and contract, to execute maintenance workLead mentoring and training of facility operations and technical staff in understanding the operation and maintenance of electrical systems and controlsMaintain 95% or greater compliance in PM program and 100% EIS PM complianceDedicated to achieving and maintaining no past due Electrical PM'sEnsure proper planning of work orders utilizing MaximoActively promote improving PM details and Job Plans following proper procedureInsure PM and PdM programs are being executed and follow up work is performed and documentedAssist in analysis and follow up on PdM data (thermography, relay and breaker testing, transformer oil/gas test, PD and PI of motors, etc.)Actively lead and participate in Root Cause Analysis and Vulnerability StudiesDevelop and modify maintenance strategies based on RCA, VS and Risk Analysis findingsPlan, manage, and execute major electrical maintenance activities and turnaroundsComplete major maintenance activities on schedule and budgetParticipate in and understand the R&M budgeting processParticipate in development of annual maintenance schedule, budget and turnaround plansUnderstand and promote the MRPL Maintenance Management ProcessUtilize the MRPL Maintenance Center & Corporate standardsProvide feedback to improve the spare parts stocking at each plantEnsure spare parts are adequately stocked, stored and replenished as neededWork closely with contractors & monitor contractor work quality and costAssist Maintenance Team in maintaining equipment manualsMake suggestions to improve plant safety, efficiency, reliability, and qualityCommitted to solving and completing all types of Action ItemsLead by example and motivate others to excel and succeedSet and maintain high housekeeping standardsAre You a Match?Required Qualifications:High School Diploma or GED required5 + years experience in plant electrical maintenance activitiesExperience with medium/high voltage distribution systems and motorsExperience in troubleshooting plant electrical maintenance problemsWorking knowledge on the use of a CMMS, Maximo preferredHighly organized with the ability to handle multiple tasks & prioritize workExperience in proactive planning and scheduling of maintenanceSkilled in use of Microsoft Office softwareStrong verbal & written communication skillsAbility to work extended hours, be on call and shift work as business needs dictatePhysical Requirements:Has full range of motion and ability to lift 50 lbs.Ability to climb and ascend vertical ladders as requiredPreferred Qualifications:2 year Technical DegreeOur Differences make our PerformanceAt Air Liquide, we are committed to build a diverse and inclusive workplace that embraces the diversity of our employees, our customers, patients, community stakeholders and cultures across the world.We welcome and consider applications from all qualified applicants, regardless of their background.
