Full-Time, Hourly $21.00 - $23.10/hour

Shifts Available:

• Monday & Tuesday: 7a-10a/2:30-10p, Wednesday: 2:30p-10p, Sunday: 9a-9p (40 hours)
• Wednesday: 7a-10a, Thursday & Friday: 7a-10a/2:30-10p, Saturday: 9a-9p (36 hours)
• Monday & Tuesday: 7a-10a/2:30-10p, Wednesday: 7a-10a/6:30p-9p, Sunday: 7:30a-9p (40 hours)
• Monday & Tuesday: 7a-10a/2:30-10p, Wednesday: 7a-10a, Sunday: 9a-9p (36 hours)

The Role: As a Direct Support Professional (DSP), you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with disabilities in their daily lives. You will work closely with them, assisting with daily living activities, fostering their independence, promoting their well-being, and helping them connect with their communities. This is a truly rewarding opportunity to build meaningful relationships and make a tangible difference. This position requires a valid NYS Driver's License for 18+ months with a clean driving history and successful completion of Brightway Living and Learning Transportation Orientation. New Hires that do not meet these criteria will be offered a lower rate, starting at $19.00/hour.

• Provide individualized support with personal care, meal preparation, transportation, and community outings.
• Foster independence by helping individuals develop life skills and make choices.
• Promote social inclusion by supporting participation in community activities.
• Serve as a positive role model, demonstrating empathy and patience.
