Truline Corporation is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Account Manager / Dispatcher & Lead CDL Driver Trainer to oversee local Class A flatbed operations in the Salt Lake City area. This hybrid role combines dispatch, driver training, and operational support , making it ideal for a hands-on leader with strong logistics experience. What You’ll Do: Plan and schedule routes for Class A flatbed drivers to meet customer delivery deadlines Train and support new drivers on local flatbed & Moffett lift routes (40% driving, 60% office support) Provide route and field coverage for driver call-offs and time-off requests Develop and maintain strong customer relationships while ensuring exceptional service Oversee safety, operations, and vehicle maintenance coordination Work closely with Account Driver Managers and company drivers to optimize performance Perform administrative tasks, including transportation document management Support Monday–Saturday operations as needed What We’re Looking For: 3+ years’ experience managing Class A CDL drivers Class A CDL license with at least 1 year of verifiable driving experience Experience with flatbed, Moffett, or piggyback forklifts preferred Strong logistics, scheduling, and customer service skills Proficiency in TMS, PeopleNet, Word, Excel, and Outlook Highly organized, adaptable, and a problem-solver with a "do whatever it takes" attitude Must live in the Salt Lake City area What We Offer: Competitive salary (based on experience) 401(k) with company match Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid holidays and vacation Life insurance Company-provided equipment, including: Laptop & cell phone Mileage reimbursement for personal vehicle use on company business This full-time role is perfect for a motivated leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys a mix of dispatch, training, and operations management.
