We put in long hours at high intensity to push the frontier forward.Role ScopeOwn the paint line and surface treatment: pretreatment, coating application, and cure at production rate.Engineer the process: chemistry, film builds, and transfer efficiency dialed against spec and cost.Commission the line and qualify coatings with suppliers to the performance standard the product needs.Hold quality and environmental compliance together: appearance, adhesion, salt spray, and permits.What We're Looking ForThe below is a starting point. We always make space for exceptional people, so if you don't fit this role exactly, tell us where you would.You've engineered industrial paint or coating operations, liquid or powder, at scale.You've solved adhesion, contamination, or cure problems to root cause.You know pretreatment chemistry and manage it with your supplier, not by faith.You've run a line under air permit constraints and kept it compliant.You test to standards and act on the results.Bonus: Powder coating at heavy scale.
