Position: Carpet Cleaning Technician

Location: Ridgeland, MS 39157 (165 Ridgeland Plaza)

Type: Full-Time

Pay: $20 per hours plus sales commission

The Role

This isn't just a "cleaning job." As a Technician, you are a restoration specialist and a customer service pro. You’ll be on the front lines, transforming homes and helping businesses recover from water damage.

Your day-to-day will include:

Expert Cleaning: Performing professional-grade carpet, area rug, and upholstery cleaning.
Restoration Heroics: Assisting with water damage emergency clean-up and mitigation.
Tech Management: Setting up, monitoring, and maintaining advanced drying equipment.
Customer Connection: Interacting with clients to explain processes, provide estimates, and ensure they are thrilled with the results.

What You Bring to the Table

We value reliability and a "get-it-done" attitude above all else.

Experience: Previous experience in carpet cleaning or restoration is preferred (but we’ll train the right person with a great work ethic!).
Physical Stamina: Ability to lift heavy equipment and rugs—this is a hands-on, active role.
Professionalism: You are punctual, reliable, and maintain a clean appearance.
Mobility: A valid Driver’s License is required to operate our service vehicles.
