Program Coordinator

Salary: USD24 - USD27 per hour This temporary full-time opportunity offers 40 hours per week (approximately 30-35 hours/week noted in the description) in Boston, MA with a higher education/career services organization . The assignment runs from September 2026 through April 2027 with a strong possibility of extension. The pay for this role is $24/hour Key Responsibilities: Support the Director of Internships and Industry Partnerships in developing a newly formed internships and employer engagement team Create and implement procedures, systems, and materials to streamline internship programs and resources Assist with the integration of a new internship platform, including staff training and support Respond to employer inquiries regarding internship programs Promote nonprofit internship opportunities to employers and students Track program budgets and funding allocations Coordinate and process student applications for internship program cycles Support program development and operational activities for future internship programs Candidate Qualifications: Experience with internship, career services, higher education, or program administration preferred Strong project coordination and organizational skills Ability to develop and implement processes and procedures Experience with training, systems implementation, or platform adoption preferred Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Budget tracking and program administration experience preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr Beacon Hill
