Lead the implementation and configuration of Workday modules, including Workday Finance - Contract to Cash, Professional Services and Revenue Management and related integrations/extend. Stay up-to-date on Workday product updates and new features, and proactively find opportunities to demonstrate them. Collaborate with business partners to gather requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and develop solutions that meet their needs. Provide technical guidance and support to other team members and end-users. Fix and resolve system issues, ensuring the smooth operation of Workday's Workday Finance - Contract to Cash, Professional Services and Revenue Partner with platform services resources to ensure seamless data flow between Workday and other systems. Research and analyze guidelines in Workday Finance - Contract to Cash, Professional Services and Revenue solutions and recommend improvements to Workday's own processes.
