Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

We are seeking a qualified and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) licensed in the state of Florida to provide fully remote behavioral health services. This is a 1099 independent contractor position ideal for a clinician who is comfortable providing telehealth counseling, completing clinical documentation, and supporting clients with professional, ethical, and client-centered care. Key Responsibilities The LCSW will be responsible for providing remote mental health services to clients through a secure telehealth platform. Duties include conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, providing individual therapy, documenting sessions accurately, and maintaining professional communication with clients and the care team. Responsibilities Provide individual therapy and counseling through telehealth Complete biopsychosocial assessments and clinical evaluations Develop and update individualized treatment plans Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Use evidence-based therapeutic approaches such as CBT, DBT, trauma-informed care, motivational interviewing, and solution-focused therapy Support clients experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, life transitions, relationship issues, and other behavioral health concerns Maintain client confidentiality and follow HIPAA guidelines Coordinate care when needed with internal staff, providers, or referral sources Manage your own schedule based on availability and client needs Follow all ethical, legal, and professional standards for clinical practice in Florida Qualifications Active and unrestricted LCSW license in Florida Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program Experience providing therapy, counseling, or behavioral health services Comfortable using telehealth platforms and electronic documentation systems Strong communication, clinical judgment, and organizational skills Ability to work independently as a 1099 contractor Reliable internet connection and private workspace for remote sessions Preferred Qualifications Experience with telehealth counseling Experience working with adults, families, couples, or adolescents Knowledge of trauma-informed care, crisis intervention, and evidence-based treatment methods Bilingual candidates are a plus Work Schedule This is a flexible remote contractor role. The provider may set availability based on client needs and organizational requirements.
