What You'll Contribute The Senior Associate, Communications will support the planning, creation, implementation, and management of customer communication inventory. What You'll Do Assist in the development and execution of communication projects across all channels, including the creation, revision, and implementation of communication materials. Create high-quality written content for various communication channels, including letters, emails, online content, and chatbot scripting. Ensure consistency in messaging and brand voice across all communication materials and platforms. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather information and insights for content creation, ensuring accuracy and relevance. Create and coordinate quick responses to issues requiring remediation with relevant business, IT, and risk partners. Handle multiple projects on tight timelines. Serve as a subject matter expert for processes, programs, and products related to applicable communications. What You Have Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to write for a variety of audiences and communications. Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and handle multiple projects simultaneously. Familiarity with various communication channels, including digital platforms, print, and email. Detail‑oriented mindset with a commitment to accuracy and quality in all work. Highly proficient skills in using communication tools and software, such as content management systems; PolicyTech; and Microsoft Office products, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Expertise in using Microsoft Word to track and review document edits. Strong problem‑solving and independent decision‑making skills. Ability to work effectively in a team environment, collaborate with colleagues at all levels, and build positive relationships. Strong sense of ownership, proactive initiative, adaptability, and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic work environment. Experience in the financial industry. Writing sample and document revision required. Bachelor’s Degree in English, Marketing, Communications, or Journalism or bachelor’s degree and/or previous experience in customer communications or marketing.
