Assembling, installing, and maintaining mechanical systems, machinery, and equipment. Troubleshooting machinery and performing routine preventative maintenance. Reading, interpreting, and following instructions and operation manuals. Maintaining a schedule for inspecting, servicing, and testing machinery.**Job Responsibility's*** + Responsible for equipment adjustments, repairs, preventive maintenance, and calibrations as needed. + Proficient in maintenance and troubleshooting of factory equipment. + Ensure track equipment maintenance and repair schedule is being maintained. + The organization and the inventory of the maintenance room + Responsible for maintaining production tools separate from regular tools. + Ensure an inventory of spare parts for equipment is being maintain. + Performing, completing, and keeping up to date the Preventive Maintenance Schedule of all Machines. + Completing and keeping up to date the Tagout/Logout book. + Completing and keeping up to date the Production Tools Cleaning Log Form FS09 + Responsible for completing work orders on time. + Responsible for the communication and discussion of equipment issues with third party vendors / companies. + Responsible for the verification of the work done by third party vendors and signing paperwork.## Qualifications**Qualifications:*** 1+ year of experience* Bilingual preferred (English and Spanish)* Ability to work independently and manage tasks in multiple areas of the facility* Basic handyman skills and comfort using common hand tools such as a drill, screwdriver, hammer, tape measure, level, and step ladder* Ability to regularly lift and carry up to 50 lbs.* Ability to stand for long periods of time, bend, stoop, kneel, and crouch* Ability to work in warehouse and office environments with loud noises and temperature changes* Strong commitment to safety, cleanliness, organization, and reliable attendance**Schedule and Benefits:*** Monday through Friday 1pm to 10pm schedule - open to Weekends and cold calls for emergency's* Paid weekly* PTO after 60 days* Company paid Life/AD&D and short-term disability* 401(k) match* Major holidays off**I-9 and E-Verify Compliance:** Employment eligibility will be verified through the U.S. Department of Homeland Security's E-Verify system.
