Job Description

As a Security Officer Full Time Reception Access Coordination in Los Angeles CA you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate and more. As a Front Desk Security Professional in a commercial real estate location you will welcome visitors support access control and badge procedures monitor entry activity and communicate professionally with tenants and guests. You will help maintain a secure customer-focused environment while representing Allied Universals agile reliable innovative and caring culture through teamwork and integrity.

What Youll Do:

• Provide exceptional customer service to tenants visitors and/or vendors at a commercial office property by carrying out security-related procedures site-specific policies and when appropriate emergency response activities.
• Monitor lobby access greet and direct visitors verify credentials and maintain visitor logs in accordance with site procedures.
• Respond to incidents tenant concerns and critical situations in a calm professional problem-solving manner notifying appropriate personnel as needed.
• Monitor access control systems cameras alarms and/or other site equipment; report unusual activity maintenance concerns or policy violations to site leadership.
• Maintain a professional front-desk presence provide information and assistance to building occupants and complete required reports and documentation.

Minimum Requirements:

• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
