Position Overview

As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be the face of Silvercreek Exteriors LLC in your territory. You will manage the full sales cycle—from initial contact and property inspection to consultation, proposal presentation, and closing the deal.

We provide the strong brand reputation, marketing support, and quality craftsmanship needed to help you succeed—you bring the drive, grit, and customer-first mindset.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute In-Person Consultations: Meet with homeowners on-site to inspect exterior needs, take measurements, and present customized product options (siding, windows, decks, railings, gutters).
• Pipeline & Lead Management: Manage both company-provided leads and self-generated opportunities to build a consistent sales pipeline.
• Estimate & Close Deals: Prepare accurate estimates using company pricing models and confidently present proposals to close sales.
• Customer Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for clients through the initial sales process, ensuring clear communication and exceptional customer satisfaction.
• Territory Growth: Network, follow up on referrals, and utilize local prospecting strategies to expand our brand footprint.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Sales Experience: 2+ years of successful experience in outside sales, B2C sales, or home improvement / exterior construction sales (preferred).
• Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and verbal/written communication skills.
• Self-Motivated: High energy, goal-oriented, and disciplined enough to manage your own schedule and territory.
• Physical Capability: Ability to inspect property exteriors, including walking sites and climbing ladders when necessary.
• Requirements: Valid driver’s license, a clean driving record, and reliable transportation.
