Specialty Clinic Manager

A rural community healthcare facility just outside of Brush, Colorado, seeks a Specialty Clinic Manager to join their team.

Offering $72,500 - $125,000/annually + Relocation Assistance + 6 months of free housing

Specialty Clinic Manager Opportunity:

• Full-time, permanent, Direct-Hire
  
• Schedule: Monday - Friday, Day Shift

Specialty Clinic Manager Responsibilities:

• Develop, update, and enforce standard operating procedures to maintain clinical and medical standards
  
• Step in to perform direct patient care, triage, or handle medical crises when the clinic is short-staffed or handling high-acuity cases
  
• Assist top management in developing and monitoring the departmental budget, which includes controlling clinical expenditures and managing fee schedules
  

Specialty Clinic Manager Qualifications:

• Must have at least 3 years of management/supervisory experience in a medical setting
  
• Must have a or be eligible to obtain a BLS Certification upon hire
