If you want to be part of tomorrow's health today, we want to hear from you.Sign-on Bonus: $1,000.00 to be paid incrementally during 1st six months of employment ($500.00 at 90 days and $500.00 at 180 days).The Inventory Control Associate manages medication inventory within a Central Fill pharmacy to ensure products are accurate, available, and ready for order fulfillment. This is a hands-on role focused on inventory accuracy, stock movement, and supporting pharmacy operations in a fast-paced healthcare environment.This role is ideal for candidates with experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, pharmacy support, or fulfillment.What You Will DoReceive, inspect, and store incoming inventoryStock shelves and put away medications and suppliesPerform order picking, case cutting, and product handlingProcess returns, including damaged, expired, and recalled itemsComplete cycle counts and support inventory reconciliationTrack product additions, removals, and stock adjustmentsPrepare and process shipments to and from the distribution centerFollow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelinesMaintain accurate inventory records using computer systemsIdentify and report inventory discrepancies or operational issuesCommunicate effectively with team members and supervisorsKeep work areas clean, organized, and compliantComplete assigned tasks to meet daily inventory and production goalsBasic RequirementsTypically requires 1+ years of related experience.Experience in inventory, warehouse, fulfillment, or stock handling rolesBasic computer skills (data entry, system navigation)Ability to lift up to 30 lbsAbility to stand and walk for extended periodsAbility to bend, reach, and perform repetitive tasksPreferred Skills / ExperienceExperience in pharmacy, healthcare, or Central Fill operationsFamiliarity with inventory control processes (cycle counting, reconciliation, returns)Experience using warehouse or inventory management systemsKnowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook)Strong attention to detail and organizationAbility to work independently and in small teamsWork EnvironmentOn-site role in a climate-controlled pharmacy fulfillment centerFast-paced, production-driven environmentFrequent standing, walking, lifting, and repetitive motionUse of warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks)Mandatory overtime may be required based on business needsNo travel requiredWe are proud to offer a competitive compensation package at McKesson as part of our Total Rewards. The pay range shown below is aligned with McKesson's pay philosophy, and pay will always be compliant with any applicable regulations.
