- Hands-on Learning : Acquire invaluable experience supporting the role of a full-time design engineer while actively contributing to a variety of production-related projects within our Engineering Department.
- Load Analysis Mastery : Delve deep into the complexities of determining building loads and intricately tracing load paths through diverse structures, refining your understanding of structural dynamics and engineering principles.
- Software Proficiency : Engage in comprehensive training sessions to proficiently operate our state-of-the-art proprietary design software, equipping you with the tools to effectively execute design tasks with precision and efficiency.
- Design Contribution : Play a pivotal role in the design process, collaborating with professionals to develop structurally sound and economically viable components that uphold our commitment to safety and excellence.

- High School or General Equivalency Diploma
- Pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering/Architectural Engineering from an ABET-accredited school.
- Proficient in verbal and written communication in English.
- Training or experience with statics, structural analysis, and steel design
- Training or experience with CAD software
- Degree emphasis in Structures
- Leadership experience within clubs or organizations
