At Hearthstone, we're looking for a Well-Being Coordinator who is passionate about enriching the lives of older adults through engaging programs, meaningful relationships, and purposeful activities.

What You'll Do

As a Well-Being Coordinator, you'll play a vital role in helping residents thrive by creating opportunities for connection, engagement, and joy. Working primarily within our memory support household , you will: 

• Design and lead meaningful lifestyle and wellness programs
• Inspire residents to discover purpose, passion, and enjoyment in daily life
• Build relationships with residents, families, volunteers, and team members
• Create engaging events, activities, and experiences that support physical, emotional, social, and spiritual well-being
• Bring creativity, energy, and compassion to every interaction
• Co-lead a community Alzheimer's Support Group

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in one of the following areas or a related field: 

• Family & Consumer Studies
• Psychology
• Human Development & Learning
• Leisure Management
• Sociology

Equivalent experience working with older adults, recreation programming, wellness, or activity coordination may also be considered.
