Location: 375 Pearl Street NYC, NY Hybrid (3 Days Office, 2 Days Wfh) Only Locals from Ny Metropolitan and Nj Area Will Be Considered

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Technical Business Analyst to support a Data Center Colocation and Migration initiative. This role bridges business stakeholders and technical teams - translating business needs into actionable solutions while leveraging strong Oracle and SQL skills alongside Agile delivery experience. The ideal candidate brings 10+ years of hands-on expertise across the full business analysis lifecycle, from requirements elicitation through solution design and performance reporting.
What You'll Do
- Elicit and analyze business needs by engaging stakeholders and capturing detailed, structured requirements
- Analyze data to surface actionable insights that guide decision-making, and produce detailed reports
- Partner with development teams to design and implement business solutions
- Conduct research and prepare proof-of-concept documents, including roadmaps for performance
- Implement tools to measure and report on service outcomes
- Manage work using Agile methodology and JIRA across project development and service delivery
- Write basic code and SQL queries against Oracle databases to support analysis and reporting
- Collaborate across cross-functional teams to align business processes with technical solutions
Required Qualifications
- 12+ years working across multiple SDLC projects in an Agile environment
- 12+ years in Requirement Gathering & Analysis - eliciting and analyzing business needs through stakeholder engagement
- 12+ years in Data Analysis & Reporting - turning data into insights that guide decision-making
- 12+ years in Solution Design & Implementation, partnering with development teams
- 12+ years conducting research, preparing proof-of-concept documents and performance roadmaps, and implementing tools to measure and report on service outcomes
- 12+ years using Agile Methodology and JIRA for project development and service delivery
- 12+ years with analytical tools such as SharePoint and MS Office
- Proficient in fundamental SQL queries
- Proficient with Oracle
- Ability to write basic code
