Legal Intake/Client Services Coordinator

Position Overview

The Legal Intake & Client Services Coordinator is the hub of the front office — greeting clients, managing intake for both practice areas, keeping our case management system current, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks. This is a great fit for someone who is warm and professional with clients, sharp with details and follow-through, and comfortable juggling phones, paperwork, and deadlines in a busy law office.

What You'll Do

Client-Facing & Intake

• Serve as the firm's first point of contact — greeting clients in the office and answering incoming calls

• Conduct initial intake for new Criminal Defense and Estate Planning inquiries

• Make client status calls to keep people informed and engaged throughout their case

• Collect payments and manage client account balances

Case & Court Support

• Pull warrants from the courthouse/clerk's office for Criminal Defense matters

• Prepare court orders and related documents for attorney review

• Maintain and manage the firm's calendar — deadlines, hearings, appointments, and follow-ups

Systems & Lead Management

• Keep client and case records current and accurate in MyCase

• Track and score incoming leads to help the firm prioritize follow-up

What We're Looking For

• Excellent communication skills and a warm, professional client-facing presence

• Strong organizational skills and comfort managing multiple deadlines at once

• Prior experience in a law firm, legal support role, or similarly fast-paced office is a plus

• Comfortable learning and working in case management software (MyCase experience a plus)

• Trustworthy and discreet when handling sensitive client and financial information

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus, but not required
