Temp 10-20 hours per week

About the Role:
A fun, better-for-you snack brand company is looking for a highly creative, social-first video/content creator who gets internet culture, trends, and how to make snack content feel entertaining, relatable, and shareable.
This role focuses on creating short-form video content for TikTok and Instagram Reels that drives engagement, builds brand awareness, and helps us stand out in the snack space.
What We're Looking For:
We want someone who lives and breathes TikTok and Instagram trends and knows how to turn simple ideas into viral-style content. You should understand:
Trend-driven storytelling
Hook-first editing
Fast-paced short-form video
Food/snack content
Meme culture and Gen Z humor
Creator-style content that feels authentic, not overly produced
We're especially interested in creators who study successful snack brands and can identify what makes their content perform well.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience creating TikTok and/or Instagram Reels content
- Strong understanding of what performs organically on TikTok
- Video editing skills (CapCut preferred, Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, etc.)
- Comfortable filming with iPhone and lightweight equipment
- Ability to move quickly and test multiple creative ideas
- Portfolio or examples of short-form content required
- Experience with snack, food, beverage, or CPG brands is a strong plus
Responsibilities
Create engaging TikTok and Instagram Reels content for the brand
Develop weekly content ideas and trend concepts
Film and edit short-form videos optimized for social performance
Monitor trending audio, formats, memes, and creator trends
Pitch creative concepts that align with the brand voice
Create content that increases views, engagement, saves, shares, and followers
Shoot both lifestyle and product-focused snack content
Collaborate with marketing leadership on campaigns and launches
Deliver content quickly and consistently
