Hotel Resort Reservations Specialist

Role Description This is a full‑time hybrid role for a Hotel Resort Reservations Specialist, based in Wayland, MA, with some work‑from‑home flexibility. The specialist will manage reservations accurately and provide outstanding customer service to guests, perform basic receptionist duties, assist with inquiries related to resort amenities—including food and beverage offerings—and act as a key point of contact for guests before their arrival. Qualifications Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage thoughtfully and effectively with guests and team members. Proficiency in managing reservations and ensuring booking accuracy. Exceptional customer service and receptionist skills to maintain a welcoming and professional guest experience. Knowledge of food and beverage options to assist guests with service inquiries and accommodation preferences. Ability to work in a hybrid environment, balancing on‑site responsibilities with remote tasks. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
