Electrical Assembler Job Type: Contract-to-Hire Workplace: On-site Pay: $24.78/hr (growth up to $27.52) About the Role We are hiring Electrical Assemblers to build and wire custom industrial equipment using blueprints and wiring diagrams. This is a hands-onopportunity to work on high-value machinery in a clean, professional manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities Perform electrical assembly and panel wiring Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams Route wiring, bend conduit, and complete cable terminations Use hand and power tools (crimpers, strippers, screwdrivers, wrenches) Test and troubleshoot electrical systems using multimeters and other tools Requirements 2+ years of electrical assembly or wiring experience Experience with control panels, wiring, or machine building Ability to read blueprints Comfortable using hand and power tools Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Why This Role Competitive starting pay with clear growth path Gain experience building custom industrial equipment Work in a clean, temperature-controlled facility Strong opportunity for long-term career advancement Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Centennial, CO.
