Oversee daily project activities including monitoring status and quality control. Create preliminary estimates using estimating software. Review and validate job site documentation. Collaborate closely with Project Managers to ensure thorough documentation from start to finish. Assist other departments as needed. Position Requirements High school diploma or GED (preferred). At least 1 year of customer service and/or office-related experience. Ability to multitask and remain detail oriented. Proficiency with relevant computer applications. Skills/Physical Demands/Competencies This is a sedentary role in a fast‑paced office environment with occasional filing tasks that may require lifting, bending, or standing.
