Candidates must have prior experience with Hilton, Marriott and Choice Hotels to be considered for this role. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily operations of the hotel, ensuring high standards of service and guest satisfaction. Manage staff, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluations. Develop and implement operational policies and procedures. Monitor financial performance, including budgeting and forecasting. Maintain compliance with brand standards and local regulations. Drive sales and marketing initiatives to maximize revenue. Address guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly. Foster a positive work environment and promote teamwork among staff. Conduct regular inspections of the property to ensure cleanliness and maintenance standards are met. Qualifications Previous experience as a General Manager or in a similar leadership role within the hospitality industry. Proven experience with Hilton, Marriott and Choice Hotels is required. Strong financial acumen and experience with budgeting and forecasting. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to lead and motivate a diverse team. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
