Utilizes critical thinking to assess patient conditions, identify changes, plan and evaluate care, monitor progress, and document relevant observations. Appropriately delegates tasks and collaborates as a team member to support unit goals. **What you will need:*** ### License: Current professional Nursing Licensure in the State of IL required* ### Education: BSN degree preferred* ### Certification: Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification issued by the American Heart Association.* ### Below certifications can be completed during the program and required within 3 months.* ### Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) within three months of start date into position* ### Pediatric Life Support (PALS) within three months of start date into position* ### Stroke Scale Certification (NIHSS) within three months of start date into position* ### Experience: **1 year of nursing inpatient experience as an RN required**### **Benefits (For full time or part time positions):*** ### Eligibility for our Annual Incentive Plan, which offers the potential to earn a certain percentage amount of your base salary based on organizational performance.
