Welder/Fabricator

Location: Laurens, SC

Express Employment Professionals is seeking an experienced Welder/Fabricator to join a growing manufacturing team. This full-time position involves MIG and Flux Core welding, fabrication, blueprint reading, and assembling steel components. Pay ranges from $20.00-$25.00/hour based on experience.

Schedule: Monday-Friday | 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM

Key Responsibilities:

Perform MIG and Flux Core welding on carbon steel components
Read blueprints and drawings to assemble parts
Gather materials and fabricate components
Operate overhead cranes and sit-down forklifts
Use tape measures, calipers, drills, and grinders
Work in compact spaces while handling large structural components
Train hands-on with the Plant Manager

Worksite Policies & Highlights:

Full-time opportunity

Steel-toe boots required; jeans or work pants (no shorts)
Will need to complete a weld test (3/8" bevel and horizontal)
