Senior Debit Card Analyst, Cash & Savings

Lead cross-functional business requirements gathering across product, operations, risk, compliance, legal, and technology stakeholders Develop and maintain business requirements documentation, functional requirements, process flows, and supporting artifacts Establish documentation governance and traceability from business objectives through implementation and operational execution Support feature and experience prioritization and requirements refinement Coordinate documentation, requirements, and operational readiness efforts across debit card delivery workstreams Track dependencies, decisions, action items, and implementation deliverables Translate strategic initiatives into executable business processes with product and program leadership Participate in special projects and perform other assigned duties Support the design of operating procedures, workflows, and playbooks for debit card and money movement capabilities Document end-to-end operational processes and transition ownership to operational teams Participate in vendor evaluations, onboarding activities, and implementation planning Support contract reviews by documenting business requirements, service expectations, and operational dependencies Partner with product, operations, and vendor teams to ensure launch and ongoing-support readiness Requirements 5+ years of experience in card products, payments, money movement, or financial services operations Ability to develop business requirements, process documentation, and operational procedures for complex initiatives Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail and documentation quality Ability to manage multiple stakeholders across Product, Operations, Risk, Compliance, Legal, and Technology Experience with business analysis, project management, vendor implementations, operational readiness, or service delivery programs preferred Knowledge of payment systems, debit card programs, ACH, money movement, fraud controls, or regulatory frameworks preferred Strong written communication, facilitation, and analytical skills Experience in banking, payments, or fintech preferred NACHA certification or payments-related experience is a plus Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience Graduate degree preferred Vanguard is not offering visa sponsorship for this position Demonstrates expertise in developing business requirements, process documentation, and operational procedures within the financial services sector, particularly in card products and payments.
