Purchasing Assistant Manager

Key Responsibilities Develop and execute purchasing strategies to optimize cost, quality, and delivery. Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and negotiate contracts. Manage purchasing activities, inventory levels, and supply chain performance. Coordinate customs clearance processes and international shipment documentation. Analyze market trends and purchasing data to drive informed decisions. Collaborate with Operations, Finance, and other departments to meet business needs. Identify cost-saving opportunities and continuous improvement initiatives. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field. Experience in purchasing, procurement, supply chain, or a related role. Minimum 1 year of experience in a manufacturing environment. Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills. Ability to lead teams and manage vendor relationships effectively. Must be authorized to work in the United States.
