We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in Chelmsford, MA.
Job Summary:

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized ABA treatment plans for clients, in collaboration with the clinical team
- Assess and analyze client behavior using evidence-based methods
- Conduct behavioral skills training and reinforcement strategies to enhance client skills and independence
- Collaborate with caregivers, family members, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless delivery of services
- Monitor and evaluate treatment progress, making adjustments as needed to optimize client outcomes
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of clinical protocols and best practices
Requirements:
- Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA) from the Behavior Analysis Certification Board (BACB)
- Master's or Doctoral degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field
- 1 year of experience, with a strong foundation in ABA principles and practices
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building strong relationships with clients, families, and team members
