MRI Technologist

Assignment Duration

This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule

7:00 AM - 7:30 PM, includes weeknight and weekend call. Schedule may rotate between Tuesday, Wednesday, and Saturday or Thursday, Friday, and Saturday.

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled MRI Technologist with a minimum of two years of experience in a Level 1 trauma center. The ideal candidate will possess significant experience with Philips MR imaging, including Dynamic Body, Neuro, Neuro Perfusion, and MSK imaging. This role requires a traveler who values teamwork and is committed to providing high-quality, patient-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Perform MRI scans and procedures on a diverse patient population, including inpatients and outpatients.
• Utilize Philips MR 1.5T and MR 3T equipment to execute imaging protocols.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient care and quality imaging results.
• Maintain a high productivity rate while ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.

Required Experience / Certifications

• Minimum of 2 years of MRI experience in a Level 1 trauma center.
• Philips MR experience is mandatory.
• Certification in ARRT (MR) is required.
• AMRIT certification is preferred.
• No Maine State Licensing is required for MRI.
