Responsibilities
Lead a crew of 15 HVAC installers
Oversee HVAC installations and heavy equipment retrofits
Work with hydronics, ductwork, VFDs, pumps & controls
Coordinate with the General Foreman to meet safety, quality & schedule goals
Qualifications
8+ years of mechanical trade experience
Completed 4+ year apprenticeship or equivalent
Qualified to test into a Union HVAC Journeyman position
Strong leadership, safety & teamwork skills
