Responsibilities include prospecting, quoting, and selling property and casualty insurance policies (e.g., auto, homeowners, renters, commercial property, general liability) and life and health insurance policies. Follow up on leads and referrals. Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics.

Qualifications include experience in sales (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred, experience managing client relationships preferred, interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs, and excellent communication skills - written, verbal, and listening.

You must obtain the required insurance licenses (Property & Casualty, Life & Health) prior to your start date. The agency will assist you with the licensing process and reimburse associated costs upon completion and start of employment. Compensation: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year.
