General Warehouse Associate

Position Summary We are seeking a reliable, hardworking, and team-oriented General Warehouse Associate to support daily warehouse operations in a fast-paced environment. This position plays a critical role in ensuring products are assembled, handled, and shipped accurately while maintaining a clean, safe, and organized warehouse. The ideal candidate has a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and is willing to assist wherever needed. Key Responsibilities Assemble kits and package products according to work instructions and quality standards. Pick, pack, label, and prepare customer orders for shipment. Load, unload, move, and organize materials throughout the warehouse. Assist with receiving and inspecting incoming shipments. Maintain inventory accuracy by properly storing and staging materials. Perform general warehouse duties including sorting, cleaning, organizing, and replenishing supplies. Support shipping, receiving, inventory, and production teams as needed. Follow established procedures to ensure quality and accuracy in all tasks. Operate pallet jacks and other material handling equipment as authorized. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures. Perform other duties and special projects as assigned to support warehouse operations. Qualifications High school diploma or GED preferred. Previous warehouse, production, assembly, shipping, receiving, or inventory experience is a plus but not required. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Dependable attendance and punctuality. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Willingness to learn new tasks and assist in different areas of the warehouse. Physical Requirements Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 75 pounds on a regular basis. Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, reach, twist, and perform repetitive motions throughout the workday. Ability to work on concrete floors for extended periods. Comfortable working in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures and noise levels. Work Environment Fast-paced warehouse and distribution environment.
